1. Cancellation by Student / Parent

We understand that circumstances may change. Students or parents can cancel their counselling sessions or services under the following conditions: One-on-One Counselling Sessions: - Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund - Cancellation made 24-48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund - Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund - No-shows without prior notice: No refund Career Assessment / Quiz: - Once completed, the assessment results are non-refundable - If not yet started, cancellation allowed within 7 days of purchase for a full refund Course Packages / Programs: - Cancellation within 7 days of enrolment with no sessions attended: 90% refund (10% admin fee) - Cancellation after first session but within 14 days: 50% refund - Cancellation after 14 days or more than 2 sessions attended: No refund - Unused sessions in a package can be transferred to another student within the same family

2. Rescheduling Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate your needs: Rescheduling Requests: - First rescheduling request: Free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance - Additional rescheduling requests: Subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹200 - Emergency situations (medical or family emergencies): Rescheduling fee may be waived with proper documentation - Maximum 2 rescheduling requests per booking; additional changes may result in session forfeiture How to Reschedule: - Contact us via WhatsApp: +91 63832 79480 or +91 63696 52321 - Email: dineshprabhucareerconnect@gmail.com - Provide at least 2 alternative dates / times for scheduling convenience

3. Cancellation by DP Career Connect

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session: Reasons for Cancellation: - Counsellor illness or emergency - Technical issues preventing online sessions - Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) - Other unforeseen circumstances In Case of Our Cancellation: - Full refund will be issued OR - Priority rescheduling at your convenience - Additional compensation in the form of extended session time or bonus resources may be offered - Notification will be provided at least 12 hours in advance whenever possible - Emergency cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) will receive expedited rescheduling and a complimentary resource package

4. Refund Process

Our refund process is designed to be transparent and efficient: Processing Timeline: - Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing - For payments made via bank transfer, please provide account details for direct refund Refund Method: - Credit / Debit Card payments: Refunded to the same card - UPI / Net Banking: Refunded to the source account - Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days Non-Refundable Items: - Digital resources and materials already accessed or downloaded - Completed career assessment reports - Third-party service fees (if applicable) - Administrative processing fees (as specified in package terms) How to Request a Refund: 1. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours 4. Once approved, refunds will be processed according to the timeline above

5. Special Circumstances

We consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis: Medical Emergencies: - Documentation required (medical certificate or hospital admission proof) - Full refund or unlimited rescheduling options available - No penalty for cancellations due to verified medical emergencies Family Emergencies: - Compassionate consideration given for bereavement or family crisis - Documentation may be requested for verification - Extended rescheduling window provided Technical Issues: - If technical difficulties prevent session completion, full refund or free rescheduling - Internet connectivity issues on student's end: Standard cancellation policy applies - Platform issues on our end: Full refund or priority rescheduling with bonus session time Exam Schedule Changes: - If entrance exam dates change significantly affecting our service relevance - Flexible rescheduling or partial refund options available - Advance notice required to qualify for special consideration

6. Group Sessions and Workshops

Different policies apply to group programs: Group Counselling Sessions: - Cancellation 7 days before start date: 80% refund - Cancellation 3-7 days before start: 50% refund - Cancellation less than 3 days before start: No refund - Recorded sessions may be provided for missed sessions Workshops and Seminars: - Online workshops: Cancellation up to 3 days before for 75% refund - In-person workshops: Cancellation up to 7 days before for 70% refund - Substitution of attendee allowed without penalty - Workshop materials remain accessible for 30 days post-event Webinars: - Free webinars: No cancellation needed - Paid webinars: Cancellation 24 hours before for full refund - Recording access provided for all registered participants

7. Package and Subscription Services

For ongoing services and packages: Monthly Subscriptions: - Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle - No refunds for partial months - Access continues until the end of the paid period - No cancellation fees Long-term Packages (3+ months): - 30-day money-back guarantee from enrolment date - After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions - Minimum 10% administrative fee deducted from refunds - Transferable to another family member with prior approval College Admission Support Packages: - Stage-based refunds based on services already rendered - Initial consultation fees non-refundable after first meeting - Application support: Refund based on number of applications not yet submitted - If admission secured earlier than expected, remaining balance refundable after 25% retention fee

8. Payment Disputes

Provide transaction details and explanation of the dispute 3. We will investigate within 3 business days 4. Resolution communicated via email within 5 business days 5.
